What are possible causes for waking with extremely painful leg cramps in my calf which cause my foot to twist to the side do that i can't even walk.
Horrible pain in last three toes on rt. Foot all the way to outside of calf hurts to drive walk etc. Kinda like a throb sore ER last n test norm ?
