Neglect: Minimally you should be cleaning reachable surfaces w t'brush & pea-sized portion of t'paste 2x/day for 2 full minutes by the clock. And you have to clean hidden surfaces daily w floss or WaterPik. Think what a garbage pail full of food debris and bacteria smells like. Failure to clean means higher incidence of infection to teeth/gumxs that will spread to other organ.systems. It's your body.
