All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your TSH result is in the normal range. Wish you good health!

Your TSH appears to be normal per most common lab ranges, vitamin D was ordered probably in order to explain some of your symptoms as vitamin D deficiency is probably considered in the differential diagnosis.
