See below: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, your TSH is within normal limits and there is not reason to worry.

No worries: Your TSH and free thyroxine levels seems normal. Every lab has different normal ranges depending on what testing kit they use. Your seems to be normal.
