Diagnosed by us ,tendinitis bursitis partial rc tear( no need for surgery) frozen shoulder on both shoulder dec 2020 ,had distensive arthrography both shoulder jan 2021, l shoulder improved but pain in r should , inner outer side arm worse,cause?

You likely had medication injected when having distensible arthrography done 6 months ago. The left shoulder responded to the medication but not the right one which is not uncommon and the problem has gotten worse. You should check with the rheumatologist or orthopedist for the next step.
