I was diagnosed with yeast infection two years ago after tested for stds bv immune disorder etc everything negative but yeast been treated with fluconazole for a year & clotrimazole but never responded i also now have pelvic pain whats happening?

Yeast infections do not cause pelvic pain. There are many other possible causes, but if you are sexually active, this suggests possible pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), which usually means gonorrhea or chlamydia -- so get checked ASAP. As for yeast, 10-15% of infections are caused by yeasts resistant to all "azole" drugs. Discuss alternate treatments with your doctor. Good luck.
