Further Evaluation: It is important to make sure you have had a complete panel of cultures, which would include ureaplasm and mycoplasm. These are not on most standard panels, so your doctor has to specifically culture them. Another possibility could be Interstitial Cystitis which is also known as painful bladder syndrome. This condition can cause pelvic pain and painful urination as well. Revisit your doctor.
