Specializes in Infectious Disease

BV, yeast: Sorry: I feel for you, but this is too complex for conclusive advice on a forum like this. Recurrence or persistence are common for both BV and genital yeast infections, but dealing with both requires expert attention. An infectious diseases specialist -- or ideally, a gyn who sub-specializes in infections is your best bet. Such specialists are most likely available in large medical centers.

Impaired glucose: tolerance, or insulin resistance can cause this, as well as be a warning sign for later diabetes. Testing with your doctor is appropriate.
