I would be surprised if thus was a side effect from the vaccine. If you don't have any urge to have a BM work from above by taking a one time laxative recommended by your pharmacist. If you have the urge but can't move your bowels, work from below by inserting a dulcolax rectal suppository or by gently inserting a Fleets enema.
