My son is handicapped. he doesn't walk or talk. he has seizures. currently he is taking epidiolex and onfi. he has trouble with kidney stones. he has chronic constipation and takes laxatives. is the covid vaccine safe for him?

It is far better that he not get COVID-19. Any one of the 3 USA vaccines should be well tolerated and relatively safe and effective for him. You do NOT mention any problems which would be contra-indications.
