Look at your diet: Make sure you have at least 5-7 servings of cooked vegetables, and also some fruit to increase your ruffle in your diet. Processed foods can lead to constipation. Prune juice can help, but get to the cause and address it. Also make sure you drink enough liquids and exercise. These will help you have regular BM. Avoid sugary & diet drinks, desserts, fast/fried foods too. Eat whole organic foods.
