What is your opinion about doing gastroscopy and biopsy for h pylori that failed first line treatment and it cause mild symptoms on and off should i leave it or treat it ?

If you want to make sure you can do a breath test which is less invasive. If I were you, I would accept the treatment with a different regimen. Antibiotics included in the initial regimen should generally be avoided. However, amoxicillin can be reused as resistance rarely develops.
