Whenever i get really angry/frustrated my head twitches left or right multiple times and then sometimes i may scream once or twice. lasts around 5 to 6 minutes.am i losing my mind or do i have some mild form of tourettes?i can go weeks without this?

Wouldn't call it that or use it as an excuse. The kids afflicted by this variable disorder emerge with symptoms as early as 4-6 and are fully involved before the teen years. I would certainly get evaluated. A few months learning stress management skills may get you into a better setting.
