Should i be concerned if my eye twitches alot. like i always have to blink it and i twith at night too. i make weird noises with my throught and stuff. do i have tourettes?

May be tourettes: Tourettes disorder is diagnosed if one experiences multiple motor tics ( such as blinking ) and one or more vocal tic ( such as need to c, ear throat ). And additional criteria is that the tics occur nearly every day for a period of more than a year and the tics are not due to the effects of a substance as a stimulant.
