A few weeks ago i suffered a concussion from a biking acident. i have tourettes and a week after my acident i developed a kinda violent head shaking tic and im wondering if that can make my concussion worse or cause permanent damage?

The head trauma could indeed exacerbate temporarily the Tourette issues, but in the absence of significant structural brain damage, it is quite unlikely that there will be chronic deterioration of the movement disorder.
