Could excessive severe daily neck twisting/ cracking type head movements from tourette syndrome potentially cause tears in throat? if excessive coughing could i assume this could as well, no?

Tourette movements as described are not going to tear the throat. Hard coughing does occasionally generate enough pressure to tear tissues & cause scant bleeding into the mucus. By itself it is neither rare or worrisome.
