A little more than a week after my concussion i developed a kinda violent head shaking tic from my tourettes (not acquired from concussion). im wondering if my head shaking tic could increase my chance of post concussion syndrome?

I don't think so. I think you or a physician or neurologist would be able to distinguish the post concussion symptoms of headaches,dizziness,problems with concentration& memory from your Tourette's symptoms which shouldn't cause or aggravate the post concussion symptoms.
