How long does it take for an appointment to show up on past appointments? i inquired for a drs note and my visit from 20 minutes ago is not showing anywhere?

Depending on how busy your Dr is, they may not be able to file the note for up to one hour. Our Dr's strive to make sure that notes are completed promptly and available to you both in your email inbox as well as your past appointments. Check your email also, as it may already be in your email account.

Documentation is completed same day, usually minutes after consult completion with delays possible due to other consults or other schedule conflicts.
