I have answered your question before. It seems you are obsessed with this disease after that deadly encounter. If you truly contract this virus 10 months ago, test should be positive by now. You need a full evaluation for other diseases if you have symptoms which suggest AIDS. As I mentioned before, the progression is too fast for possible exposure to a full blown AIDS in 10 months.

A negative 4th gen test result at 10 months after potential exposure, rules out HIV infection from that exposure.
