Would a regular xray show esophagus cancer from 1 year ago? would a routine blood test show cancer activity from 1 year ago? would a barium swallow from 4 years ago show early esophagus cancer? i read its slow growing but aggressive later im scared?

None of the imaging studies mentioned would diagnose cancer, they may raise the suspicion or not catch a cancer at all, specifically in early stages. Routine blood work is useless in detecting early solid cancers.
