what vitamins should i take daily to help with energy and feeling better and weight loss that are safe to take with topamax (topiramate) ?

None.: Vitamins do not help with energy unless you are deficient and they do not do anything for weight loss.. They are all safe to take with Topamax (topiramate) but not necessary. Save your money.

I think it depends upon your diet. If your diet is poor with lots of processed foods then a multivitamin daily is a great idea. If you eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables and lean protein then you may not need it.

Yes/no: Not all types of kidney stones are due to topiramate. If the stone was analyzed by a lab or you know which type of stones they are, that will help
