If you're: Getting adequate nutrition, no additional vitamins are needed. If you want to take some anyway, get the cheapest generic multivitamin you can find. Don't waste your money on high priced ones with big advertising budgets. Vitamin d is always helpful, however, along with calcium if needed; fiber supplements are generally good as well.
