As far as we know: Sounds like you are trying to lose weight! there are no known interactions between Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and the supplements you are taking. Interactions between nutrients and drugs have not been studied as well as interactions between drugs, but I have no reason to believe these would interact. However, it would be wise to add a good probiotic while on Bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) and for a couple weeks afterwards!
