A typical well balanced diet in USA does not require multivitamin supplements, but since many folks have low vitamin D levels, would suggest sunshine 20-30 min daily or supplements at 800 IU per day. Your regular doctor could address your dietary needs during weight loss "journey", as changes in caloric content could be associated with different nutritional needs.
