Derm scrubbed my psoriasis to test if ive fungus too. scrubbing knife wasnt packaged, she didnt even use gloves. if that tool wasnt sterile could i get any infections?

Dermatologist cant tell if my lesions are eczema, psoriasis or something else. Biopsy results were mixed, potential signs of psoriasis. Eczema, seb derm, etc but also missing features of each of them. Can these conditions closely resemble each other?
