Derm Dr says I have psoriasis in groin, other drs say jock itch, not responding to hydrocortisone or antifungal creams. However it really doesnt resemble inverse psoriasis its very dry flaky and pink/red. Not smooth shiny. How to tell the differece?
How can you tell the difference between inverse psoriasis of the groin vs jock itch? My dermatologist isnt sure, it came on in a manner more implying jock itch but thinks it looks like psoriasis based on severity, (its had 5 years to spread though?
Derm scrubbed my psoriasis to test if Ive fungus too. Scrubbing knife wasnt packaged, she didnt even use gloves. If that tool wasnt sterile could I get any infections?
