Is that all?: These values fluctuate wildly and if both absolute lymphocyte and absolute neutrophil counts are reasonably close to the normal range, and all else is good, I'd ignore it.

My lymphocytes have been elevated on my last three blood tests. all other values were good on my cbc. march 10 2021 3.2 april 23 2021 3.7 june 28 2021 4.1 range should be 1.0-2.9 x10e9/L. what should be my next step?are these alarming?
My CBC blood test shows high Granulocyte 77.2 my lymphocyte is low 15.7 is this worrisome? I do have Gastritis that is relenting blood in stool.
