23 y/o female with low back pain @ l1-l3. i have seen a doctor and they suspected a pars fracture. xrays and mri neg. pt doesn't help much, what now?

CT?: The answer is the symptoms. Standard X-ray oftentimes do not show the defect. MRI may or may not show it. Thin sections on CT with bone windows may be the answer. When all else fails, sometimes you have to start all over and search again for the answers. Good luck
