Life sometimes gives us challenges we do not have the skills to conquer. You need to find a life coach/therapist to help you learn the skills needed to handle your stressors and begin to understand how you can move forward in life to make whatever changes you need. You wouldn't try to fix your bad appendix by yourself & this rises to the same need. Do the work and life can be better.

It may help to talk you your clergy, a trusted relative or a psychiatrist. It would require an adjustment on your part, as it is likely that you will not be able to alter the behaviour of others. Exercising regularly will improve your mood and outlook. Wish you good health!
