A 38-year-old male asked:
If you have a nonunion how are you to take a shower with broken bones in your leg?

If the site of fracture is not open to the outside, i.e., the skin is intact, you may take a shower as you did before the fracture. Non-union of a fracture usually requires surgical intervention. It would be prudent to consult an orthopedic surgeon.
Wish you good health!
