FRACTURE OF TIBIA: General rule for healing of upper extremity bones is 6 weeks and lower extremity bones 12 weeks. Younger kids' bone heals faster. About food: there is no special diet, a regular balanced diet is needed with fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, egg, milk, etc.
