fell on my r side back on camera lens. now have trouble bending,laying,walking. worsens with pressure. hurts upper spine, neck + r shoulder. help?

More info is needed.: Many things could've happened, but it is likely local trauma. Falling on a rather large object could cause the symptoms you are presenting. Talk to your Dr. and I'm sure this will be figured out.
