Does esophagitis (until point of barretts) heal + go down in grade? e.g. i had grade b in 2019 endo. with treatment can that heal to a or to no grade at all? bad flare up last week but been fine since 2019 otherwise tbh, on 10mg ppi most days in case?

Reflux esophagitis can be healed but not Barrett's esophagus, unfortunately.

How sever is grade 1 esophagitis. What risk treatments and how concerned should one be. Using 6 weeks ppi did help little. Would diet control help.
