How sever is grade 1 esophagitis. What risk treatments and how concerned should one be. Using 6 weeks ppi did help little. Would diet control help.
I'm restating my question. 1. Is reflux grade b esophagitis and erosive esophagitis different or the same? 2. How do you treat, long term, esophagitis caused by reflux? I am worried I will have to take this PPI forever?
