Feel swelling pain in parotid gland near ear but i can not see anything outside. went to ent said neuralgia nothing else. but i can feel tender in fron of ear till zygomatic left side. what can be?

Could be parotitis an inflammation of the parotid gland, or a salivary duct stone perhaps a second opinion is in order.
