Having an Arnold Chiari brain malformation wound NOT preclude you from getting the covid 19 immunization and would actually be more of a reason to get it. Either the Pyizer or Moderna vaccine would be fine to get. i am not aware of an advantage in either one .

We have three excellent vaccines in the USA, the J&J being one shot, the Moderna or Pfizer, being 2 separate injections. All are effective, and would avoid all other brands at this time. Your Chiari is not a contraindication whatsoever.

Yes. Vaccine is ok to take and anyone works well.
