I developed a sensation of imbalance and heaviness after getting Pfizer COVID vaccine. Brain CT scan and blood tests are normal. I've had mild tinnitus and asymmetrical hearing loss before the vaccine but not the imbalance. What's the relationship?

Can cervical disc bulge and neck pain/strain cause right side tenderness of head, ear fullness and tinnitus? As per PTA, normal hearing. MRI brain normal too. Taking D high 2000 IU and Nuflam for disc bulge. Can this trigger tinnitus? Can it be cured?
Have Pacs & PVCs no afib. Stress tests and echocardiograms were normal. No meds. Trying to schedule covid vaccine. Is there any issue with the vaccine & pacs and PVC? Im scared of side effects. Dont know which brand may make them worse?
