Below is an excerpt from DermaNetwork: "Even if these laser beams are applied on areas that are far from the reproductive system (i.e. arms), the procedure is not recommended. The effect of the low intensity laser beams cannot be controlled and may seriously damage the fetus during pregnancy, especially if the treatment is administered during the first trimester".

No. Liposuction is safe, and even safer without the laser, but that's not your question. There are small risks from the procedure and the medications administered to facilitate the surgery. Procedures and medications that may only pose an inconvenience for you could be life altering for your baby. Wait until you are not pregnant to have liposuction.
