No. Liposuction is safe, and even safer without the laser, but that's not your question. There are small risks from the procedure and the medications administered to facilitate the surgery. Procedures and medications that may only pose an inconvenience for you could be life altering for your baby. Wait until you are not pregnant to have liposuction.
