White patches: See a dermatologist to see if you are not developing psoriasis instead of eczema. The treatment can be different.

I found a bald spot at the back of my head all of a sudden. Not sure if its related but I get a rash on the inside of my elbows as well, itchy and pimply and represents weeping eczema if scratched. Powder normally calms it down...
