No. Chlamydia is an obligatory intracellular parasite and therefore, cannot survive outside of cell. Infection requires an intimate human contact.

Chlamydia is not transmitted by razors, and even without cleaning cannot survive outside the body for more than a few minutes. The only possible way to catch chlamydia is by having sex with an infected person. Same for all other STDs as well. This is nothing to worry about.
