Hello doctor, i had tested negative for hiv, chlamydia, gonnorhea, syphilis for 6 weeks. but after three months, doctor had found small ulcer in small intestine using colonoscopy whether it can be any cmv herpes ebv something or it totally different?

Confusing question: colonoscopy does not view the small intestine. None of the STDs you mention is a cause of colonic ulcer, and the negative test results prove you don't have them anyway. CMV and EBV are very unlikely if you are generally healthy. You'll need to discuss with the gastroenterologist. Good luck.
