Folliculitis: It is essential small abscess that form when the hair duct is blocked. Prevention is the best way to deal with this. If you must shave make sure the area is wet with warm water an soap, shaving cream or other form of lubrication. After you are done make sure to use soap again and anytime you are in the shower spend extra time cleaning that area. That should help a bit.
