A thousand words....: Skin lesions such as colored bumps are almost impossible to comment on without seeing them or at least seeing a picture of them. If possible, provide a photo of the area.

Since few days I have red bumps over my body. Mostly on stomach, chest, back shoulder, ankle at foot, and few on penis skin and its very itchy.
What causes an itchy rash with little bumps on top of my feet and redness on lower legs? Also bumps are not itching anymore, now they are dry bumps.
