Am 2 to 3 month pregnant yesterday i saw a thick blood just once same thing happen today i went back to see my doctor he give me injections and sleeping tablets that the baby is fine without doing scan am i having miscarriage?

If you were checked by your Dr and he checked the baby's heartbeat using doppler, then there is less concern. Follow his instructions and rest. If there is any more blood, the next step is an ultrasound to check the position of the placenta.
