Hello doctors, i went to have a pregnancy scan yesterday and the doctor saw 2 sacks (possible twins) but still early to say as i'm 4weeks... my worry is that he saw blood/fluid in that ultrasound... does it mean i'll have a miscarriage?

Too early to tell: At this early stage of pregnancy it is too early to make any significant determinations about possible miscarriage. If vaginal bleeding ensues then contact your OB MD.
