"Anal bleeding concurrent with menstruation" may indicate intestinal endometriosis, and is not connected with a "negative endometrial biopsy or the reasons such was indicated. Ask your GYN physician for a referral to a GI specialist for colonoscopy to determine possibly the cause for the intestinal bleeding.
