Pap and HPV: EM cells on a pap have a low but increasing with age association with endometrial neoplastic or pre-neoplastic changes. In early cycle phase, the risk is even lower. HPV positivity however is more of a concern at your age, but still the risk of cancer being present is very far from 100%, but enough to warrant the biopsy. If that is negative, you should stay in contact for follow-up.
