Hard to tell: It's possible either way. It might be normal to have some bleeding/spotting after removal of polyp and biopsy of uterus. Likewise, it could be your period. If it's time for your period, then that's what it likely is. Wait another month and see if next month's cycle is normal. Hopefully doctor called you by now to tell you everything's normal!

49y/o premeno dx with 2.7cm pend. uterine polyp. Bleeding between periods and heavy bleeding cycles. Endo biopsy normal. Chances of polyp being cancerous? And if so does uterus have to be removed?
Have uterus biopsy normal two month ago. Doctor cannot see all the uterus. Had Heavy bleeding for 6 hours and them in the next 3 days spotting brownish. Can be a polyp?
