Either is possible: At 2 weeks, wounds are usually half way healed and if they are traumatized may bleed again. If it is not yet time for your period and you have no reason to consider trauma then you sould consult with your Gynecologist

Is biopsy and removal necessary for all uterine polyps even if it's just 1cm? Period is pretty normal, just have mid cycle bleeding in between.
Can irregular period (heavy bleeding twice a month) be a side effect of taking 50 mg aldactone (spironolactone)? Blood tests, ultra sound, biopsy were normal.
