Concussion: symptoms are many. If you have difficulty concentrating, sleeping, speaking, difficulty doing calculations or writing, problems comprehending written / spoken langauge , dizziness, double vision, blurred vision, unsteadiness, slurred speech, disorientation, lateralizing numbness, weakness, nausea, vomiting, confusion, ringing in the ears you should be evaluated. A scalp contusion can hurt for days
